Can I return a crate I'm unhappy with?
Absolutely, send us an email at members@competecrate.com and we will get you a return shipping label and send you a refund

Can I exchange an item in my crate for a different one?
We do our best to send items that you will love but sometimes they just don't work out. If an item doesn't fit right or if you just don't like it, let us know and we can exchange it for new one. Reach out to us at exchanges@competecrate.com for help.

Is there a minimum subscription commitment length?
No, not at all. Membership is month to month and you can keep your subscription as long (or short) as you would like. Cancellation can be done right from the dashboard no questions asked.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately we do not. We are committed to providing the best product we can and international shipping cost would prevent us from giving our members the amount of value we strive for.
